Responsibilities

1. Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.

4. Perform bakery clerk functions when requested.
5. Maintain sanitation standards in all work areas.
6. Clean work area, tools, and decorating supplies properly.
7. Organize the freezer and ensure proper product rotation.
8. Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management.
9. Keep supply areas neat and organized.
10. Properly rotate icings and clean buckets.
11. Use the cake manual and production sheets as references.
12. Write on cakes and mix colors accurately.
13. Master the use of the airbrush.
14. Achieve sales, shrink, and profit goals for the bakery section.
15. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
16. Maintain guest arrival standards and assist with announcements.
17. Assist in receiving and storing products.
