Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Cake Decorator to prepare and decorate cakes for various occasions and to maintain the cake case throughout the shift. The role includes handling orders, decorating, and stocking displays with attention to quality standards.

You will manage cake out-dates, inventory, and the decorating station while ensuring a positive customer experience and adherence to sanitation procedures. Opportunities to work in deli and bakery areas may arise.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cake out-dates daily.
• Receive and process cake orders.
• Manage cake and icing inventory.
• Maintain decorating station and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a positive, friendly working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
• Stock product displays according to quality and merchandising standards.
• Potential to work in deli and bakery areas.
