Job summary

ShopRite of West Milford is seeking a Cake Decorator to support the Bakery Manager with baking, icing, decorating, and packaging of pastry items in the Bakery Department; maintain a neat, clean, and visually appealing area. You will help ensure a great customer experience and adhere to ShopRite service priorities.

The role requires English proficiency, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in varying temperatures. 18+ years old; overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying temperatures.
• Able to interact with customers and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bakery Manager with baking, icing, and decorating of pastries and breads.
• Prepare trays, packaging, labeling, and stocking for the Bakery.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and visually appealing department.
• Follow safety, QA, and company policies in daily operations.
