Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a cake decorator to prepare and decorate cakes for various occasions and to fill and condition the cake case during shifts. You’ll manage cake out-dates, process orders, and ensure inventory is stocked for smooth service.

Join our team to provide friendly customer service, maintain product displays, and work across deli/bakery areas as needed while upholding sanitation standards and quality attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing cake out-dates daily.
• Receiving and processing cake orders.
• Managing cake and icing inventory.
• Managing cake decorating station to include preparing icing’s and following all sanitation procedures.
• Maintaining a positive, friendly working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
• Stocking and maintenance of product and product displays according to quality and merchandising standards.
