Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club Erie is seeking a Cake Decorator to help deliver delight to our members. You’ll work with the bakery team to produce decorative cakes and assist customers with product choices.

The role emphasizes following recipes, maintaining food safety, and using decorating tools while ensuring in-stock levels and cleanliness. We offer competitive pay and benefits plus growth opportunities through Live Better U and other programs.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if selected

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborates with cross functional teams, provides customer service, maintains in-stock levels, and helps control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: plans bakery productions, ensures quality and accuracy of designs, follows recipes, and maintains sanitation and inventory.
• Be a Techie: uses digital tools to drive sales, supports training and product quality with handheld devices.
• Be an Owner: manages bakery area, ensures date control, reduces waste, and prepares for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: models high quality service and trains others to work in a respectful, team-oriented environment.
