Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments for the position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to deliver member-focused service and maintain club operations.
• Plan bakery productions, ensuring consistent quality and accurate designs.
• Use decorating tools to create decorative flowers and lettering while following recipes and safety standards.
• Drive bakery performance, control waste, and support seasonal events and member needs.
• Mentor and train associates, promote high-quality service and a respectful team environment.
