Qualifications

• 6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges required trainings and assessments will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools and tasks.
• Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures quality and accuracy of decorative designs following recipes and measurements.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld tech to drive sales, manage production and training.
• Be an Owner: Drives bakery performance, ensures quality, controls waste and prepares for seasonal events.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Models high service standards, mentors others, communicates respectfully and collaboratively.
