Food Lion is seeking a Deli Bakery Associate to provide quality customer service and maintain standards in the deli and bakery area. You will help maximize sales through excellent service, proper product handling, and compliance with safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include fast, friendly service, accurate product preparation, sanitation, and adherence to Food Lion policies. You will join a team focused on great customer experiences across the Portsmouth store location.

• Ensure sanitation of department and proper food handling.

• Follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines.
• Report accidents per Food Lion procedures to the Manager on Duty.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge on duty.
