Job summary

Dairy Queen restaurant is seeking a positive Crew Member/Chill Staff who loves the brand and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on guest satisfaction and cake production.

Responsibilities include decorating cakes, operating cake and soft serve equipment, maintaining inventory, stocking displays, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand long periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and decorate cakes for orders and in-store customers.
• Operate cake production area following PRIDE standards.
• Maintain inventory of decorated cakes and keep display stocked.
• Stock, rotate products and ensure clean, safe work areas.
• Serve customers and work as part of a cooperative team.
