Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Assist Bakery Manager and maintain a clean, organized area.
• Stand and lift up to 50 lbs and work in variable temperatures.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices in the bakery department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in baking, dough mixing, icing, packaging and decorating of pastry items.
• Maintain neat, clean and visually appealing Bakery Department.
• Follow recipes and ensure proper weights and measures.
• Operate and tend equipment used in production of bakery goods.
• Provide friendly service to customers and support other departments as needed.
