Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• I acknowledge that the position requires completing trainings and assessments

Responsibilities

• Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and decorative designs while following recipes and measurements.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
• Drive bakery area performance with date control, waste reduction, and seasonal prep.
• Be a brand advocate, train teammates, and model high-quality service.
