Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Cake Decorator to support bakery operations and deliver great member service at our location in Hiram, GA. You will work with fellow associates to decorate items, manage production flow and ensure food safety standards are met.

You will use handheld tools to assist in ordering, training and product quality, while focusing on customer satisfaction, accuracy and timely delivery of bakery items.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of required trainings and assessments within designated time if selected.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate associates on tools, tasks and resources and provide strong customer service.
• Plan bakery production to ensure quality and accurate decorative designs, following recipes and instructions.
• Leverage digital tools and handheld devices to drive sales, improve shopping experience and ensure product quality.
• Drive bakery performance by maintaining quality, date control, waste elimination and preparation for seasonal events.
• Support and train teammates, act as a brand ambassador, and maintain integrity and compliance with company policies.
