Sam's East, Inc. is hiring a Cake Decorator to support member services and bakery excellence at our Hiram, GA location.

You will work with team members to ensure high-quality decorations, adherence to recipes, and safety standards while leveraging handheld tools to enhance the shopping experience. The role emphasizes collaboration, education of associates, and strong attention to detail in pastry decoration and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources.
• Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions ensuring quality and accuracy of designs, following recipes and safety standards.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld tech to improve sales and experience, supporting training and product quality.
• Be an Owner: Ensures bakery area meets standards, reduces waste, supports seasonal events and member needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Demonstrates Walmart values, trains and inspires coworkers to deliver high-quality service.
