Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the entire club meets the members' expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate fellow associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and adapt to business needs, maintaining stock levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate equipment, and understand product layouts.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales, shopping experience, and engagement, utilizing handheld technology for real-time decisions and encouraging others to adopt new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support and train colleagues, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances. The actual wage will meet or exceed the minimum applicable to the location.

Minimum Qualifications...

6 months' experience in a fresh production area, must be 18 or older, and capable of completing required training and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications...

Optional qualifications include experience in cake decorating.
