Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the members’ expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorations, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate equipment, and understand product layout.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and engage with associates, utilizing handheld technology for immediate decisions.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date controls, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service, support and train team members, and model respectful, team-oriented behavior.
6. Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.
7. Complete work assignments efficiently, communicate progress, and adapt to changes and feedback.
