Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver to our members more of what they love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with cross-functional teams, educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, communicates effectively, maintains stock levels, and controls shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plans bakery productions, ensures quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follows recipes and safety standards, operates equipment, and manages inventory.
• Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement.
• Be an Owner: Ensures bakery quality, manages seasonal events, assists members, and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, and mentors others.
• Compliance and Work Management: Adheres to policies, completes assignments, collaborates with team, and seeks continuous improvement.

We offer competitive pay, performance bonuses, and benefits including health, financial, paid time off, education, and more. The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00, with additional premiums possible.

Minimum Qualifications...

6 months' experience in a fresh production area, must be 18 or older, and able to complete required training.

Preferred Qualifications...
