Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow food safety standards, and operate equipment safely.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience, adapt to new technology, and support team engagement.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, model high-quality service, mentor others, and foster a respectful team environment.

Additional responsibilities include complying with company policies, completing assignments efficiently, respecting diversity, acting with integrity, serving customers, and striving for excellence.
