Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, and maintain stock levels while controlling shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy in decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and member experience, utilize handheld technology for decision-making, and adapt to new tools.
• Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality standards, manage waste, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products, support and train team members, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $26.00, with additional premiums possible depending on circumstances.
