The entire pastry team must understand and implement the values and vision of CLAUDE while following all directives from the Kitchen Management.

All Cooks are responsible for delivering high-quality food and service at all times, including managing daily operations and production to meet company expectations and timing standards.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:

• Provide food according to the menu, guest requests, or management directives in a clean, safe, and timely manner. Maintain a clean work area and positive attitude, assisting wherever necessary to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow directions accurately and maintain consistency in work.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and properly.
• Handle all types of food and rotate stock according to established procedures.
• Work with standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain quality standards.
• Work standing for up to ten hours in a kitchen environment.
• Keep the work area clean, neat, and organized.
• Work flexible hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and specialty desserts according to customer specifications or CLAUDE bakery designs.

Utilize techniques such as piping, fondant work, airbrushing, and hand-painting.

Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfill daily orders and special requests for birthdays, weddings, and events.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station and tools.

Ensure all products meet standards for quality, freshness, and presentation.

Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering related to decorating needs.

Interact professionally with customers for consultations and custom orders as needed.

Qualifications:
