CLAUDE is seeking a skilled cake decorator with 1–2 years of experience in a bakery setting. Responsibilities include decorating cakes and desserts, ensuring quality presentation, and collaborating with the team for events and custom orders. This role offers an opportunity to showcase creativity and passion in a dynamic culinary environment.

All Cooks are responsible for delivering high-quality food and service at all times, including managing daily operations and production to meet company expectations and timing standards.
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Decorate cakes, cupcakes, and specialty desserts according to customer specifications or CLAUDE bakery designs.
Utilize techniques such as piping, fondant work, airbrushing, and hand-painting.
Collaborate with the bakery team to fulfill daily orders and special requests for birthdays, weddings, and events.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating station and tools.
Ensure all products meet standards for quality, freshness, and presentation.
Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering related to decorating needs.
Interact professionally with customers for consultations and custom orders as needed.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of cake decorating experience in a professional or high-volume bakery setting preferred.
Proficiency in buttercream and fondant decoration.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Passion for baking and creating memorable experiences through food.
