Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do...

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, enhance the shopping experience, and engage with associates; utilize handheld technology for business decisions and encourage adoption of new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members with purchasing, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand through high-quality service, support and train associates, and foster a respectful, team-oriented environment.
6. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
7. Complete assigned tasks by collaborating with team members, managing priorities, and seeking continuous improvement.
