Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do...

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, and provide excellent customer service. Maintain stock levels and control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency and quality, follow recipes, and adhere to food safety standards. Operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout and execution.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and enhance associate engagement. Adapt to new technologies and encourage their use.
• Be an Owner: Manage bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with their needs and concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote brand values, model high-quality service, and support team development and motivation.
