Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bake and decorate cakes for customer orders.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
• Assist with food preparation for meals.
• Use chicken fryer, monitor grease.
• Make meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
• Understand portion control.
• Monitor food temperature requirements.
• Operate oven and proof box.
• Keep sales area full and rotated.
• Clean and sanitize area.
• Work in refrigerated areas.
• Maintain Carlie C's Uniform Standards.
• Any and all other daily operational duties as directed by Deli/Bakery Manager.

A Cake Decorator at Carlie C’s IGA is responsible for creating every cake sold in our store, while ensuring prompt and friendly customer service. Courtesy and cooperation with both customers and coworkers are essential to maximizing sales and supporting long‑term business growth. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to crafting cakes that are as visually appealing as they are delicious.

Duties

• Bake and Decorate Cakes.

• Use and sharpen meat/cheese slicer.
• Use chicken fryer, monitor grease.
• Make meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
