Position Summary...

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do...

Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources, and develop interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer service. Maintain flexibility to meet business needs, keep stock levels optimal, and control shrinkage.

Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure consistency in quality and decorative designs, follow recipes and measurements, work with decorating tools to create flowers and lettering, and adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product and layout execution.

Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experiences, and engage associates. Utilize handheld technology for decision-making related to production, merchandise, and training, and encourage adoption of new tools.

Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and date control, prepare for seasonal events, and assist members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.

Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the brand, model high-quality service, interact with associates to understand and overcome roadblocks, and support training and development.

Follow company policies, procedures, and ethics, and complete work assignments efficiently. Collaborate with team members, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and seek continuous improvement.
