Position Summary

As a Cake Decorator, you will drive member service in your area to deliver more of what members love, for less. Collaborate with other associates to ensure the total club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate others on tools and resources, communicate effectively, maintain stock levels, and control shrinkage.
2. Be an Expert: Plan bakery productions, ensure quality and accuracy of decorations, follow recipes, work with decorating tools, adhere to food safety standards, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand product layout.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to enhance sales and customer experience, utilize handheld technology for decision-making, and adapt to new tools.
4. Be an Owner: Drive bakery performance, ensure quality and freshness, reduce waste, prepare for seasonal events, assist members, and resolve issues.
5. Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand, model high-quality service, support and train team members, and foster a respectful, supportive team environment.
6. Compliance and Work Management: Follow company policies, complete assignments, collaborate with stakeholders, prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and adapt to changes.
