The role covers maintaining sanitation in the cooler and prep areas, reading color charts, and supporting cake production and Front Porch duties to ensure a positive guest arrival experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to work with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Read and understand information and direction; good communication.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to stand long periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests politely and engage in personal guest interactions.
• Prepare bakery products for sale: icing, decorating, labeling.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and shelf presentation.
• Assist in bakery duties and rotate icings and products as needed.
• Keep work areas and cold storage clean and organized.
• Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management.
• Support Front Porch duties to ensure guest arrival standards.
• Announce specials and assist with receiving and stocking products.
