We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Full Time and Part Time Cake Central Baker in EGF.

We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team at our Cake Central Baking location. This position is open to candidates with varying levels of experience, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate. Opportunities to grow and advance within the company. Salary Range: PT: $16.00 to $18.00/hr (based on experience).

Ft: $16.00 to $18.00/hr (based on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Adherence to Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of quality in baking, ensuring that all products meet the company's guidelines. Follow food safety and hygiene practices to guarantee the safety and well-being of customers.
  2. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tools and equipment. Follow established sanitation and cleanliness protocols to meet health and safety standards.
  3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including bakers and sales staff, to ensure seamless coordination in fulfilling customer orders.
  4. Qualifications: No Prior Experience Required: Willing to train candidates with a passion for baking. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing trends in baking. Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet production deadlines.
