Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Baker to join our Avon, OH bakery. The Baker bakes all cakes per our standards, maintains par levels, keeps the station clean, and coordinates with management on ingredients and inventory.

We provide training, a fast-paced team culture, competitive pay, performance bonuses, and employee discounts. Starting pay ranges from $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, with additional compensation possible based on drive and learning ability.

Responsibilities

• Bakes cakes in all sizes and flavors by diligently following established recipes
• Removes cakes from pans and packages properly
• Puts baked cakes away and rotates cakes according to established brand standards
• Communicates with management about equipment including problems and maintenance
• Folds boxes and labels containers
• Tracks inventory of baked goods
• Keeps baking area clean and sanitized, including tables, equipment, and tools
• Assists other departments as necessary
