Responsibilities

• Provide polite greetings and interactions with guests.
• Prepare products for sale including icing, decorating, pricing, packaging.
• Maintain product freshness and quality.
• Perform bakery clerk duties as required.
• Maintain sanitation in cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas.
• Clean work area, tools and decorating bags.
• Rotate and organize freezer items.
• Communicate guest requests and temperature issues to management.
• Keep supply area neat and stocked.
• Use cake production sheet and color chart.
• Write messages on cakes; master airbrush.
• Announce specials over PA system.
• Assist with product receiving and storage.
• Perform Front Porch duties to ensure guest arrival standards.
