Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests kindly and interact with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Prepare products for sale: icing, decorating, packaging, labeling.
• Maintain product quality and freshness in the case and prep areas.
• Follow bakery ops: decorate cakes, rotate icings, and read dates.
• Keep work areas clean and sanitation compliant.
• Communicate guest requests and temperature needs to management.
• Assist in front-end duties and announce specials as needed.
