Job summary

Fort McDowell is seeking a Cage Shift Manager to supervise the cage vault operations during the shift, reporting to the Cage Manager. You will ensure security and accountability of funds and coordinate with other casino departments.

The role requires five years of casino experience, strong cash-handling skills, and adherence to policy. Arizona gaming certification and tribal licensing are mandatory, with fingerprinting and background checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or related field.
• Five years’ experience in casino or gaming environment, preferably in cage or cash-handling.
• Must obtain State of Arizona Gaming Certification and Fort McDowell Tribal Gaming License with fingerprinting.
• Pre-employment drug and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cage vault operations during the shift under Cage Manager direction.
• Ensure adherence to policy and procedure; maintain security and accountability of company funds.
• Interface with other Casino departments and train Cage Personnel.
