Job summary

Fort McDowell Golf Club is seeking a Cage Shift Manager to supervise cage vault operations during shifts, ensuring security of funds and accurate cash handling. The role supports the Cage Manager and interfaces with casino departments.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 5 years of casino experience (preferably in cage/cash handling), and obtain Arizona Gaming Certification and Fort McDowell Tribal Gaming License. A pre-employment drug test and background check are required.

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
Five years of casino or gaming experience, ideally in cage/cash handling.
Arizona Gaming Certification and Fort McDowell Tribal Gaming License with fingerprinting.
Pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Supervise cage vault operations during the shift under Cage Manager guidance.
Maintain security and accountability of company funds in the cage vault.
Ensure timely submission of reports and paperwork to accounting.
Assist in interviewing and training Cage Personnel and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with Title 31 and Gaming Regulations and manage weekly schedules.
