Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in cash handling or customer service required.
• Prior experience as a cage cashier is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cage operations and monitor quality standards.
• Delegate tasks, run shift reports, and verify/approve transactions per internal controls.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Assist with MGM Rewards programs and member requests.
• Balance banks at shift end and ensure Title 31 compliance.
• Issue FREEPLAY and adjust tier credits as required.
• Coordinate staffing with the Cage Manager and manage attendance.
