Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years of cash handling or customer service experience.
• Prior experience as a cage cashier.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cage operations, monitor quality, delegate tasks, and approve transactions.
• Ensure guest service, resolve guest complaints, support MGM Rewards programs.
• Balance banks at end of shift and ensure reports comply with Title 31 regulations.
• Issue FREEPLAY and adjust tier credits per policy.
• Coordinate work schedules and attendance with Cage Manager.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and align training with diversity commitments.
