Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Horseshoe Indianapolis is seeking a Cage Supervisor to deliver excellent customer service to employees and vendors while adhering to internal controls and Indiana gaming regulations.

The role requires lifting up to 30 pounds, ability to stand/walk, and eligibility for an Indiana gaming license; must have 1 year of cage/banking/cashiering experience and 1 year supervisory experience; shifts include weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of casino cage, banking and/or cashiering experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Position includes access to keys and cashiering-related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Also required are frequent standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing steps and sitting.
• Horseshoe Indianapolis Racing & Casino is a smoking establishment.
• This position has access to the sensitive keys for the whiz machine key (unused forms lock only), cashier’s bag, cage toke box, front window stations, kiosk outside door key/ lock bar key, kiosk cassette key, kiosk cash box, and cap key.
• Requires Access to the Gaming Floor
