Qualifications

• Two years cage experience required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with multiple levels of management.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Advanced computer capabilities.
• 10-key proficiency.
• Experience with MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Access preferred.
• Knowledge of gaming software; IGT experience preferred.
• Smartphone use for company apps required; payroll deduction option may apply.
• Must obtain Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjust cage employees' daily work schedules.
• Monitor performance to ensure adherence to policies and ICS.
• Perform even-money exchanges with other casino departments.
• May perform functions of subordinate staff as required.
• Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating cage staff; manage workload and performance.
• Prepare daily bank deposits.
• Maintain key control and key log; issue keys as needed.
• Ensure compliance with currency reporting requirements (Title 31).
• Monitor cage activity and safeguard assets.
• Review daily cash receipts and vault disbursements for shift.
• Verify and record funds from operating departments.
• Stay current on Tribal, State, Federal, and Gaming policies.
