Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality in Illinois seeks a Cage and Player Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Player Services department, including Cage Cashiering, Credit, and Players Club, ensuring SOPs, COM, guest service standards and compliance are followed.

The role secures company funds, ensures accountability of all monies, and coordinates staffing, training, and performance evaluations while providing friendly, confidential guest service and maintaining gaming records.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age (21 or older).
• Associate's Degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of supervisory experience is required.
• Two years of high-volume cash handling experience is required.
• Proficiency with 10-key calculator and math skills tested with minimum pass rate.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of Player Services and supervises staff.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs, COM, ICS and MICS and proper paperwork routing.
• Maintains security and accountability of casino funds.
• Provides training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Handles guest inquiries and documents interactions; schedules staff.
• Delivers prompt, friendly service and maintains confidentiality of gaming records.
• Generates weekly performance reports and conducts service audits.
