Boyd Gaming Corporation is seeking a Cage & Player's Club Supervisor for Belterra Casino Resort & Spa in Wisconsin. You will oversee secure cage operations, manage cash handling, and ensure accurate count room procedures while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, training, compliance with gaming regulations, and maintaining customer credit data. Flexibility to work varying shifts is required.

Qualifications

Three years’ experience in cashiering or banking operations.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field with one year of related experience.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to obtain and maintain licenses per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of employees.
Flexibility to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

Oversee secure operation of the cashier cages and count room.
Hires, trains, motivates, evaluates and supervises staff to meet objectives.
Monitor cage activities to maintain integrity of cage funds.
Provide service to high-limit customers with prompt, courteous support.
Maintain and update customer credit data and reports.
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal controls.
