Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year cage, banking or cashiering experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to perform basic math and percentage calculations.
• Proficient with department computer programs and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cashiering functions and cage operations.
• Manage cage inventory including Chip Bank, Main Bank, Marker Bank, Vault, Kiosk, Jackpot, and Poker Cage.
• Interview, hire, train, schedule, appraise and supervise all directly assigned personnel.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
• Promote positive relations with staff and patrons, maintain a safe work environment.
