Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel seeks a Cage Manager to oversee the daily Cage division operations and staff, ensuring top-tier customer service and adherence to gaming regulations. You will manage vault/cage processes, payouts, and reporting, while coordinating with management on strategic objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of cage operations, and ability to work in a regulated casino environment. Evening/weekend shifts may apply; background checks are required.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of casino cashier, accounting, or related experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license in good standing.
• Background screening as required by tribal and state regulations.

• Oversees and coordinates daily activities of the Cage division.
• Supervises staff and operations to ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Hosts pre-shift meetings to ensure communication among personnel.
• Maintains staffing within budget and evaluates service performance.
