Job summary

Presque Isle Downs in Erie, PA, seeks a casino Cage & Credit Supervisor to oversee cash handling, payouts, and staff performance. You will enforce policies, manage daily cash accountability, and ensure AML controls across Cage operations.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least two years of supervisory experience in gaming. Strong math, reporting, and office software skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Two years of supervisory/management experience in a gaming or hospitality environment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; strong math and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; AML compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise jackpot payouts and related tax forms, table fills and credits.
• Monitor cash levels across Cage locations and manage large payouts.
• Ensure AML compliance and audit readiness in daily operations.
• Prepare cashier transfers and end-of-shift balancing processes.
• Provide training and disciplinary actions as needed to staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of casino operations data.
