Job summary

WarHorse Gaming Omaha is seeking a Cage Supervisor to oversee daily Cage operations, safeguard assets, and ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance. You will lead Cage Team Members, monitor currency movement, and document transactions accurately.

The role requires strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to identify irregularities. Full-time, with varying shifts; pay starts at 25.50 per hour and benefits begin Day 1.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and multiple shift start times based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Safeguards company assets and maintains the integrity of Cage operations.
• Supervises Cage personnel and daily Cage activities.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
• Maintains control and accurate inventory of currency, coins, checks, related forms, and documentation.
• Ensures Cage transactions and activities are properly documented and completed accurately.
• Maintains the records necessary to support accurate and orderly Cage operations.
• Assists the Cage Shift Manager with the evaluation, training, and development of Cage personnel.
• Assists with recruitment, hiring, training, recognition, coaching, counseling, and other personnel-related matters as needed.
• Maintains strict confidentiality regarding internal activities, financial information, and company operations.
• Identifies and reports irregularities or concerns in accordance with established procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
