Job summary

You will train staff, manage scheduling, perform maintenance on kiosks and ATMs, and provide courteous service to guests while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership, reporting skills, and the ability to resolve issues quickly, including handling deposits and key control.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Cage Cashier, Count Team, Bank Teller or equivalent cash handling; 2 years preferred.
• Certification/License: Criminal background investigation required under NIGA rules.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient with word processing, spreadsheets, databases; knowledge of cash handling, currency/coin, Title 31 reporting preferred; strong written communication and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise cage operations and staff cages to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain integrity of financial data produced by team members on shift.
• Oversee funds distribution and staffing levels through training and scheduling.
• Provide leadership and decision-making guidance to the team.
• Perform first-line repair and maintenance on kiosks and ATMs and report variances.
