Job summary

The Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort & Hotel in Worley, Idaho seeks an Experienced Cage and Credit Supervisor to oversee the cage and money room operations on assigned shifts.

You will train staff, prepare reports, ensure compliance with Title 31 and tribal regulations, schedule coverage for peak hours, and mentor team members while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.

This role requires strong leadership, math skills, and excellent communication in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a Coeur d’Alene tribal gaming license.
• One year of currency handling experience; three years preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent training/experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cage and money room operations on assigned shifts.
• Train staff on company policies and procedures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and audits.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and tribal laws (Title 31).
• Create weekly staff schedules for peak hours and adjust as needed.
• Recommend procedure changes to improve efficiency in the cage.
• Mentor and coach employees to maintain operations.
• Review payroll and conduct performance reviews.
• Perform cashier or money room duties as needed.
• Mediate guest disputes and resolve complaints.
