• Salary Range: An average of $20.00 per hour including base pay, premium pay, and tips.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as a main point of contact for our guests
• Maintain our Elite Casino Resort guest service standards
• Process check cashing, cash advances, slot machine vouchers, and table chip redemptions with an assigned cashier bank
• Balance assigned bank at end of shift
• Ability to focus on transaction or task at hand and not be easily distracted
• Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
• Cash handling background is helpful but not required

Required:

• Adhere to all Cage policies and procedures
• Comply with all Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations as well as any other local, state, or federal guidelines
• Ability to obtain an IRGC license and pass a pre-employment drug screening. Both will be arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment
