• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service in accordance with established standards.
• Accurately process customer transactions, including exchanging chips and cash for cash.
• Perform cage functions with precision, including establishing and verifying customer credit lines.
• Communicate credit information to appropriate personnel and execute pit fills and credits.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain compliance with internal controls.
