Job summary

Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course in Grantville, PA is looking for a Casino Cashier. You will assist guests with the player’s club, handle cash transactions, exchange vouchers, and ensure accuracy in front money activities and reporting.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, basic math skills, and solid customer service. Prior money handling experience is preferred, with strong communication and computer skills essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED.
• Previous money handling experience preferred.
• Must be able to respond to guest inquiries or complaints.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to interpret various instructions (written, oral, etc.).
• Intermediate computer knowledge; proficient with MS Office and server/web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Gains thorough understanding of the player's club and current promotions and events.
• Assists customers with enrolling, changing or redeeming transactions in the player's club in a positive, helpful manner.
• Operates cash handling tasks: exchanging cash and gaming vouchers, cash equivalents for Front Money, and other cash transactions.
• Runs reports and verifies patron credit line requests per directives and regulations.
• Demonstrates proficiency in AS400 menus, internal controls and departmental policies.
