Table Mountain Casino Inc. in California seeks a Cage Cashier under the Cage Supervisor to safeguard assets by executing monetary transactions for guests accurately and courteously in accordance with policies and gaming regulations.

This role requires handling cash, operating the front cage window, maintaining chip inventories, and ensuring proper documentation while delivering excellent guest service in a high-volume casino environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required unless waived by HR.
• One year cashiering experience preferably in a casino or banking environment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, guest service, attention to detail and problem solving skills required.

Responsabilités

• Record all cash coming into the cage area; maintain accurate inventory and balance of monies and chips received.
• Execute accurate monetary transactions for casino patrons in a prompt and courteous manner according to established policies, procedures and regulations.
• Operate front cage window, including cashing patron checks, purchasing and redeeming chips, and redeeming coupons and complimentary items for cash according to guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy of the chip bank inventory, pit fills and credits as well as transfer of funds in the jackpot window.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and signatures on all required transactions.
• Maintain an accurate count of frontline, jackpot and chip banks.
• Perform drop and count procedures in accordance with gaming and company regulations and policies.
• Control, safeguard, reconcile, verify and report assigned Cage inventory and assets.
