Inn of the Mountain Gods is seeking a Cage Cashier to perform and record cash transactions supporting casino gaming operations. The role includes daily revenue reporting, guest service excellence, and adherence to internal controls. The position requires high integrity and strong hospitality skills.

The Cage Cashier will verify cash and chip transactions, process redemptions, and maintain guest relations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; six months of related experience or training preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and guest transactions is desirable.
• Preference given to Mescalero Apache Tribal members or bicultural experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle currency exchanges and cash transactions with guests.
• Verify bank at start and end of shift and maintain accurate records.
• Process ticket redemptions, chip payouts, and promotions as requested.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance and respond to guest questions promptly.
• Adhere to regulatory policies, casino procedures, and internal controls.
• Report guest concerns to supervisor and assist with incident resolution.
