Bally's Interactive in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking staff for guest relations and cash-handling roles across shifts. You will greet guests, redeem chips, process tickets, and ensure accurate cash handling in a busy casino environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of cash handling experience, excellent communication, and the ability to obtain a Louisiana Gaming License. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is expected.

• Review operational data and complete and verify paperwork.
• Verify and document personal identification information for appropriate transactions.
• Maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency within department/property standards and internal controls.
• Troubleshoot problems and come up with workable solutions.
• Track and complete all government reporting.
• Have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.
• Handle routine guest complaints and incidents and exhibit the appropriate discretion to identify situations requiring the attention of supervisory personnel - seek to resolve all situations in a manner that maintains positive guest relationships.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Target Salary Range: $15.00 per hour
