A leading entertainment company in Indiana is seeking a cashier responsible for handling cash and non-cash transactions in a friendly and accurate manner. The role requires strong mathematical skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be prepared to engage with guests energetically.
JOBSUMMARY:
Responsible for performing high volume cash and non-cash transactions with guests in a courteous,accurate,andtimelymanner.

KEYJOBFUNCTIONS:
EDUCATIONand/orEXPERIENCE:
Requires a high school diploma or GED plus a combination of equivalent working experience andeducationandknowledge,skills,andabilitiesto workwithpersonalcomputers,gamingdevices,safetyequipment, etc.Must have a strong mathematical ability, the ability to work in a physical demandingarea aswellas be familiarwith a highvolumeandfast pacedenvironment.

LANGUAGESKILLS:
Ability to read, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, orgovernmental regulations.Ability to write simple reports, and correspondence, and procedure manuals.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients,customers,andthepublic.
MATHEMATICALSKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, andfundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions,percentages,ratios,andproportionstopracticalsituations.
REASONINGABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpretan extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with severalabstractandconcretevariables.
